Things and relationships are getting messier in Walford, affirm EastEnders spoilers. Viewers know that Alfie and Kat are struggling with their son, Tommy’s behaviour for quite some time now and something tells us things are going to get worse in the coming weeks. With Alfie trying to get a hold of his troubled son, he will sit down to have a heartfelt conversation with him.
Due to this, he closed the books early and was fired from the job. It looks like his employers penalised him for choosing his personal life over his work responsibilities. But Tommy soon jumps in to help Alfie and informs him of the managerial position open at the Minute Mart. Alfie soon finds himself in an uncomfortable position when Avani and Nugget show up to interview him.
EastEnders spoilers reveal that Nish recently changed his will and gave everything to his grandchildren rather than his son Vinny due to their ongoing issues. We witnessed Avani announcing to Alfie that she and her brother are going to run the family business, so they will be taking his interview. Although the interview went well, Alfie soon learned that he’d have to leave Albert Square for a two-week training course in Birmingham.

After confiding in Kat about how he cannot accept the job because he can’t leave Tommy with her alone due to his behavioural issues, Kat will force him to take the job and leave for the training course. She will motivate him by making him realise that he fought cancer last year and assure him that she will handle everything here. Uh-oh! We don’t like where this is headed. With Kat all alone with Tommy, we are sure something bad is coming!
The BBC soap recently announced that they’re coming up with a child-parent abuse storyline and are working closely with Family Based Solutions and Parent Educational Growth Support (PEGS) on Tommy and Kat’s story.
