Libby Returns As Denise Shares Her Diagnosis
Denise ignores calls from the hospital and insists on dealing with her diagnosis in her own way. A worried Jack then opens up to Phil and the two discuss how they can help. Meanwhile, the Fox-Truemans gather to celebrate Kim and Howie’s engagement.
But when everyone was focused on the happy occasion, Chelsea noticed that Denise was distracted. Later, things become awkward when Phil reveals that he knows about Denise’s illness. Furious that more people are finding out, Denise throws him out.
Next, Kim’s speech at The Vic becomes too much for Denise and she struggles to keep her emotions in check. Hence, she finally tells her family about her diagnosis. Once the truth is out, Denise contacts the hospital and prepares to begin treatment.
Elsewhere, Chelsea reaches out to Libby, who returns to Walford after ‘nine’ years away. Initially, the sisters clash, but they put their differences aside and support their mum. Also, before the treatment begins, Denise asks them to look after each other. Libby and Chelsea also agree to be tested as potential ‘bone marrow’ donors.
Chelsea Comes Face-To-Face With Sheila
Chelsea reveals that Gray’s grandmother, Sheila, has been sending money to help Jordan. However, she never accepted it. Now, Libby wants answers, so she contacts Sheila. But soon Chelsea discovers what she has done and tension rise between the sisters.
Later, Chelsea opens up about her concerts for Jordan’s future and eventually agrees to meet the grandmother. During the meeting, she questions Sheila about Gray and is relieved that she no longer has a relationship with him. Once again, Sheila offers financial support for Jordan. This time, Chelsea accepts but later decides to return the money.
Ian Searches For New Legal Help In EastEnders
Kathy is supporting Ian as he deals with the consequences of Jordan’s accident. Later, Ian believes Johnny is not doing enough for his case.
Hence, he decides to drop him as his legal representative. Now, he is determined to strengthen his defence, so he starts looking for another solicitor and asks Kathy for help paying the legal costs.
Bea Turns Her Attention To Honey
Honey is happy to be spending quality time with Billy. In fact, she is relieved that Bea is no longer living under the same roof.
However, Bea soon finds her way back into their lives. She overhears Billy talking about a recent date with Honey. Hence, she decided to get involved. Before long, Bea invited Honey out for a drink.
EastEnders: Vinny And Penny Plan Their Future
Vinny and Penny attend a birth plan appointment. However, the experience leaves him feeling left out. As we know he is unaware that Harry could be the baby’s father. So he reassures Penny that he is committed to their future.
