EastEnders Spoilers reveal the issues between the members of the Mitchell clan are getting worse. We will witness Grant and Billy Mitchell clashing as a part of Phil’s ongoing mental health storyline. Regular viewers know that Walford Hardman has been struggling with depression over the past few months, which led to his friends and family being worried about him.
To make matters worse, Phil also tried to take his own life, which collided with the show’ 40th anniversary week. In a bid to help his brother, the BBC soap brought Grant back. As Phil held a gun to his head, several residents, including Linda Carter, Nigel Bates, and Grant, walked in on him and stopped him from pulling the trigger. It was later revealed that the gun was empty and Phil was admitted to a mental health institution.
This week, Grant paid a visit to his ill brother and apologised for not being there for him earlier. However, Phil didn’t accept his brother’s apology and decided to cut ties with Grant for good. Things are going to get worse in the scenes that will air tonight as Grant and Billy blame each other for not helping Phil. Teddy and Harry will try to sort the whole fight but the cousins will get furious.
The drama between Mitchells is just beginning and we cannot wait to see what happens next. Grant actor Ross Kemp shed light on his stint on the soap and said, “I’m only back for a short period of time, but it’s pretty impactful.
