Jean Comes Home As Trouble Grows Around Jasmine
Jean Slater has arrived back, hoping for peace. However, we all know that things with Zoe are still uneasy. Zoe had accused Jean of stalking her. And that idea eventually broke the returnee.
Elsewhere, she also blamed Zoe for Stacey’s sudden move to Brazil. It happened after she saw Zoe getting too close to Max Branning. So even now that she has returned, the silence shows that nothing is fixed yet.
However, soon things change a bit. Jean overhears Zoe on an emotional call with Kat. Hearing how the whole situation feels for her, Zoe still sounds tired and upset. That’s when she realises that the fight has gone on too long. Also, neither of them is happy to live like this. Getting a little nudge from Alfie, Jean decides that she doesnt want the family to remain broken.
And of course, it will be difficult to open that door again. Yet, Jean wants to heal things. So, she approaches Zoe and offers a small olive branch. She hopes that they can open ip in a real way.
Zoe Softens And The Slaters Find A Little Peace In EastEnders
Luckily, Jean’s efforts didn’t go unnoticed. Zoe Slater starts to soften. After which they sit down and have an honest chat, which they were avoiding for weeks. However, Josh is soon going to enter the picture. He is least interest to discuss his biological mother. Even his adoptive mum, Sandra, arrives in Albert Square.
She is determined to learn more about Jasmine. Speaking about her first stop, it’s Denise, Kim Fox. unsure who the woman is, the sisters assume her to be a threat. But soon they learn who she is. And suddenly out of nowhere, Josh appears. This leaves Denise and Kim frozen. With Josh and Sandra arriving, will Jean and Zoe clash once again?
