Jean Enters The Party!
Earlier this week, Jean was sad to learn that Kat had teamed up with her ex-partner, Harvey Monroe, for a new business venture. This came out after his affair with Kathy Cotton was out. This embarrassed Jean, so she left Walford to spend time with Mo Harris and Fat Elvis. Meanwhile, Kat was alone to handle the Slater house. Meanwhile, Harvey was offered a limousine for the wedding photoshoots. However, he didn’t have money, but the seller tricked him into buying it.
Meanwhile, Kat ended up buying it, unaware that Harvey was the other buyer. Though she was angry, along with her partner, Alfie decided to use it for publicity. Then Alfie had a better plan. He got down on one knee and proposed to her. So, this way they could have a proper reception and save money too. When they celebrated in The Vic. Kim arranged for a joint stag, and hence Jean walked in, thinking they were happy to see her.
Things Get Settled Between Jean And Kat!
However, she felt excluded and was sad to learn that Harvey was Kat’s business partner. Then Jean slapped Kat and said she was no longer a Slater in her eyes. Meanwhile, in the recent episode, Alfie urged Kat to sort things out with Jean, but it resulted in a heated argument. Kat blamed Jean for Harvey’s betrayal. Meanwhile, at the hag do where everyone was dressed up in leopard print, floral shirts and leather jackets, Jean arrived. She jabbed away at the fire alarm and quickly ran away.
Meanwhile, Kat followed and told her to attend the party, forgetting everything. The story took a turn when Kat got home and found Jean. She said they needed to stop fighting, and she would come to the wedding.
