The BBC Soap is all set to roll in some exciting new storylines just in time for Autumn, reaffirm EastEnders Spoilers. It has been confirmed that actress Bharti Patel will leave the show as her character Maya has led to a tragic accident.

EastEnders spoilers reveal that Harvey is working relentlessly in a bid to help a cash strapped Maya but fans are convinced this will definitely affect him. Earlier this week, we witnessed Harvey narrowly avoiding a heartbreaking catastrophe after falling asleep in a hot car with baby Charli in the backseat. Even though the kid was ultimately fine, doctors told Lily that he could’ve died if left much longer.
This ordeal forced Harvey to tell Jean Slater the truth about his reason for working extra hours. The Walford cabbie has been in a relationship with Jean for quite some time now, but his friendship with Maya will cause trouble in paradise.
Regular viewers of the BBC programme know that Maya is the wife of one of his son Aaron’s victims. This made Harvey feel obliged to help Maya with her financial woes, and he has been working nonstop.
For obvious reasons, Jean will be shattered by her partner’s lies and Harvey will speak to Maya about the tragic incident because he was overworking himself. This will lead to Maya being disturbed and realizing that she must immediately cut off contact with Harvey.

As relieved as this might make Harvey, Jean will not be able to move on from so many lies. Viewers will see Jean telling his partner that she isn’t sure about their relationship anymore since she doesn’t trust him.
Maya actor Bharti Patel arrived at Walford earlier this year and was introduced as a friend of Harveys’. However, it was soon revealed that she was just here to get even for Aaron’s actions years ago.
