EastEnders spoilers reveal that two huge secrets will be disclosed about Nigel and Phil in the latest episode. These two characters have had major ups and downs in their life recently. EastEnders Spoilers: Phil Learns About Sharon & Teddy’s Breakup
Long-time viewers know that Phil Mitchell has been dealing with serious mental health issues. The Walford hardman almost tried taking his own life and later was taken to the psychiatric hospital, which was talked about and explored in last week’s special episode. He was seen bonding with a fellow patient named Gaz, who spoke about his struggle as he did not have family and friends support. This led Phil to realise that hiding from them is a bad idea. Later, he discharged himself from the hospital.
EastEnders spoilers suggest that Phil will be hosting a get together for his family and friends. He will thank all of them and show how grateful he is for their support and love. But Nigel notices that he is still struggling to tell the truth about his mental health issues after he lies to George and Elaine. Moving ahead, Nigel will go along with Phil to the support group, where he will admit that he panicked and cancelled the appointment Linda made for him regarding his dementia.
On the other hand, Phil will find out about Teddy and Sharon’s breakup after he sees him kissing Nicola. Earlier, Phil admitted his feelings for Sharon to Gaz. He later asked Albie about the whole situation. In between all of these Sharon was scared that he might get to know about her sleeping with Grant’s as he mentioned cheating. But soon she was relieved as he assumed Teddy to be the cheater.
Nigel To Reveal Phil’s Secret
Furthermore, later in the cafe Phil will see Nigel struggle and will offer him help telling him that there is no shame in asking for help. Bernie will be frustrated over him and Phil will defend his pal by saying that he has not been well. But Nigel will not like his defending and will blab about Phil’s condition. He will continue by saying – “I’m not well? You’re the one who tried to shoot himself!” Phil will run out of the cafe as he will be feeling humiliated.
Nigel has been dealing with young onset dementia. He has kept it a secret and is not ready to reveal about his illness yet. But eventually he has disclosed something very personal about his best pal in anger. Has Nigel caused a serious dent in their friendship and what will he do when he will realise what he has done?
