EastEnders spoilers suggest that soon Cindy will be returning to Walford, and her arrival will bring intense drama. Before the engagement party, she will go for her final check-up.
She will still be concerned that her painkiller addiction might have affected the baby. Then, her doctor will discuss the complications that can occur while giving birth. Soon after, she becomes furious when her fiancé, Peter, leaves her alone in mid-check-up to take a call.
But it is not over yet, as the venue for the party will still not be ready. But thanks to Kathy, she will manage to make arrangements at Harry’s Barn. But Lauren will still be anxious and will not be able to mingle. Soon after which Ian will pass an incentive comment which will make her feel more anxious, and she will leave the party to get some time with herself.
Kathy will then find her and tell her to relax and join the party and enjoy. But as they return, another bombshell drops as they see Cindy crashing the celebration.

Peter will try to keep the situation under control, but it seems that his fiancée does not really like his plan. She will ask him to make a decision: either choose her or choose Cindy.
