EastEnders spoilers suggest that another legendary character is all set to say goodbye to the soap. Over the last few months, the soap has said goodbye to many characters, including fan favorite Martin Fowler. EastEnders Spoilers: Another Legacy Character To Miss Martin’s Funeral
EastEnders spoilers have confirmed another exit from the soap, that too very suddenly. In the recent episode Stacey returns back home drunk. Her daughter kept her calm and left to look after her young brothers. Whereas Sonia tried sobering her up. At first, she refuses to be a part of the funeral.
She was feeling guilty and blamed herself. But she will go to the funeral. Soon after the funeral, she and Ruby end up in a confrontation. She questions her about where she is, and a frustrated Stacey drops a bombshell about Martin’s confession.
Later she finds her daughter all drunk and tries to talk her out of whatever has been happening. Whereas Jean Slater shares the quick news that another local resident will not be a part of the funeral. It is none other than Sharon Watts. It seems that she is unable to face it all and say goodbye to beloved Martin. She decided to stay back home despite watching the coffin’s procession the same day.
Sharon’s Recent Stint on the Soap!
Sharon has been going through a major roller coaster ride in her life recently. She was trying to help Phil with his mental health battle. He realised that he still feels for Sharon and confessed to her. The two kissed, but soon she revealed that she slept with his brother Grant recently. Phil was heartbroken.
Later her half-sister Vicki came back with a new partner with his teenage kid. Later she was shocked that her sister lied to her about her long-time boyfriend, Spencer, cheating on her. It was later revealed that she cheated on him with her new partner Ross and his friend. She also got to know about their financial issues. She landed the couple $50,000 and asked them to be honest.
Later Ross and Vicki decided to start over at the new place and were enjoying their meal. Sharon’s brother Zack interrupted them with a letter. Which says that Sharon has left to stay with Jada Lennox. It explains that she ‘can’t face it’ as soon everyone will say goodbye to Martin.
