EastEnders spoilers suggest that the unknown visitor is none other than Sonia’s father, Terry Cant. Long-time viewers must remember that he is the ex-boyfriend of Carol Jackson. Well, she was the one who later became a father figure in Bianca and her brother Robbin’s lives. Back in 1984, she got pregnant with his child.
She did not want her child to grow up in an abusive environment. But when Sonia was born, Terry ran away with whatever Carol had. Later she met Alan Jackson. The couple gave birth to Billie and shifted to Walford in 1993.
When Sonia got to know Alan is not her biological father, she refused to know anything about him. She had always looked up to Alan as her father. But after 25 years, she got curious to know more about her biological father. She tried searching for him online in hopes of reconnecting with him.
EastEnders fans must remember that Rocky Cotton knocked on her door claiming to be her father, Terry. He lied about his identity, as he had planned to get Dot’s inheritance money with her niece Dotty. But later he suffered a heart attack, and at the Christmas dinner Dotty revealed the truth.
