Aaron Thiara, best known for playing Ravi Gulati on EastEnders, has dropped hints about an upcoming feud between the Panesar and Mitchell clans. This storyline will kick off when Ravi gets the wrong end of the stick after taking Avani’s phone, believing she is dating Barney. But we know that Avani is seeing an older boy, Mason. Things take a dark turn when Avani reaches Walford with a busted lip.
This will lead to Ravi being furious and he will target Barney but situations will escalate when Teddy shows up in the midst of it. In upcoming scenes, Avani will continue fueling the belief that the new Mitchell teen is her new boyfriend, and things will take a disturbing turn soon. And now Ravi actor Aaron has now shed light on this storyline and said, “At the start of the week, we see that Ravi is picking up from Avani’s behavior, and also with Nugget, that there is something not quite right.”
The soap star also highlighted how his character is pretty street-smart, so his instincts immediately make him think it’s something else. When Avani arrives home hurt and upset, Ravi’s “initial reaction is complete and utter heartbreak that his daughter is hurt” and “his number one priority is to comfort her. Because of the character that Ravi is, we know all hell is going to break loose.”

Aaron also continued to mention Ravi’s main drive to get Barney to confess. Now, EastEnders viewers know that Barney is telling the truth, but Ravi gets more furious when he thinks he’s lying, so this drama will get more chaotic when the interrogation continues. The actor expressed excitement at watching the growing feud between the Panesars and the Mitchells pan out.
“What I was excited about, and what I hope the fans will get excited about, is that we’re finally going to see the Panesars go against the Mitchells and vice versa,” he said.
