Former EastEnders legend Cheryl Fergison, best known for her role as Heather Trott, has landed a role in the fourth series of the BBC sitcom Mandy. According to sources, the shooting for new episodes has already begun, and it stars Motherland’s Diane Morgan as the titular character. The funny show revolves around Mandy as she handles shady side hustles and embarks on new adventures while trying to avoid her benefits officer.
However, the details of Cheryl’s character are yet to be released but she will be joined by other new cast members. This will include Car Share’s Sian Gibson, Rosie Cavaliero (The Power of Parker), Jamie Bisping (Things You Should Have Done) and Joanna Bacon (Breeders). I’ve done jobs in between, I was in panto this year, but jobs aren’t continuous.
