EastEnders legend Harriet Thorpe is adding another title to her life besides being an actress and a doting mother. The fan-favorite character who portrays the strong-headed Queen Vic landlady on the BBC programme recently took to Instagram and shared that she is all set to become a grandmother. She revealed that her daughter Flossie is expecting a child and posted a picture of a baby scan.
She captioned the post, ‘#halfwaythere #grandchild #ontheway. So thrilled and excited for @flossiemerryweather @sam_mezz grandparents and family to welcome this new little person into our lives.’ The star’s post received a lot of love from his co-stars; Penny actress Kitty Castledine wrote, ‘Aww congratulations!’ Patsy Palmer, who portrays Bianca, commented with a series of applause and heart emojis.
Furthermore, the new mother of three – Lacey Turner also expressed her excitement on Harriet’s post. Regular viewers of the BBC soap know that the popular soap star is currently a part of an intriguing storyline. She is one of the main suspects in the ‘Who Attacked Cindy Beale mystery.’ Cindy Beale was brutally attacked by an unknown assailant on Christmas Day after her secret affair with her former stepson was exposed in spectacular soap fashion.
