EastEnders icon Michelle Collins wants an old Beale character to come back and take charge on the BBC soap after a decade. Regular viewers know the Beale clan has been an integral part of some of the major storylines over the last few years. Even though there have been many characters, but no one can match the drama that Cindy has brought to our screens.
And now that Cindy has taken a backseat, we would love to see someone who can match her energy in Walford. So, who could be better than Cindy’s daughter herself. However, her daughter Cindy Jr. has not been seen in the Square since 2015 and has only been mentioned a few times over the years. Now, Collins has made a request to bring Mimi Keene from Sex Education to reprise the role.
While speaking to The Mirror, she said, “I have never met Cindy Jr so it would be quite nice if she came back, she’s probably too busy. But maybe she can fit us in for a week!” Long time fans know Cindy Jr left Walford with her partner Liam after the shocking death of Lucy Beale.
