EastEnders Legend Perry Fenwick Is Terrified
EastEnders star Perry Fenwick, who plays the role of Billy Mitchell, has opened up and spilled some details of the upcoming 40th anniversary. Fans know that the BBC soap will feature a live episode on February 20, and it looks like Fenwick is feeling the nerves of it. Spoilers relay that Perry’s character Billy will tie the knot with Emma Barton’s Honey Mitchell. Their wedding celebrations will take place during the live episode.
While discussing the same with The Sun, Fenwick said, “It terrifies me. Emma’s gone off and done theatre and Strictly Come Dancing, but I’ve been here 27 years. I stopped doing theatre when I started this.” He also added that it has been a long time since he did something live. And, he will definitely have a drink in his dressing room afterward. Along with Billy actor, Barton also talked about the same.
She said, “We were both over the moon, though. And also we’re excited because we’ve wanted this, renewing our vows, getting married again, because we were so thrilled to be back together.” The talented actress admitted that Honey and Billy are endgame together. And it’s really nice to see them with each other! All of this comes before an explosive fire takes place in Walford.
We will get to see the iconic Queen Vic being on fire, and panic will spread as several residents get trapped inside.
