EastEnders favourite Rita Simons just posted a raw update following her recent breast reduction surgery. The star told fans she feels exhausted but relieved after the successful operation. Rita Simons Shares A Major Health Milestone
Rita shared an update with her followers about her post-surgery progress. Moreover, the physical weight off her front already feels life-changing. As we know Rita decided to have the procedure to help her back and overall comfort. And now the star kept her sense of humour while describing the change.
She said she can’t believe the difference when she looks down. However, she still has swelling and healing. Praising her surgeon, Rita called her a “true artist” for the results. The caption read, “I haven’t felt like moving much until today, so bear with me…I’m very tired, but pain-wise I feel fine. A little uncomfortable but really not a prob. More discomfort than anything..mainly just exhausted.”
Adding further, Rita wrote, “Still craving my vape (of course) but there’s no way I’m messing with my recovery. I already know my back is going to love me for this. The amount of weight that’s come off the front is insane.” Soon, after the update, fans sent her all love.

Especially when you are going through a tough time, sometimes reaching for the vape helps but you are doing so well. Rita played Roxy Mitchell on the BBC soap. And we know what happened after her sister Ronnie’s wedding to Jack Branning. A drunk and drug-fueled Roxy had jumped into a hotel swimming pool. When she hit the cold water, she suffered a cardiac arrest.
And to save her, Ronnie too jumped in. However, her waterlogged wedding dress weighed her down. Hence, this caused both sisters to drown. But Rita Simons has often hinted that a more permanent return could be possible. And it’s because she refused to film scenes in a coffin.
