The courtroom tension is clearly mirrored on the streets. It’s because the Truemans and Slater families are bracing for the legal fallout of Jasmine’s trial. As we know, Jasmine has been fighting for her life. The mysterious girl is being accused of killing her father. But the murderer isn’t the only one being affected. Everybody outside the dock is facing pressure.

An in all this chaos, Sandra will drop a bobshell. She informs Denise and Kim that she and Josh have been offered a new life in Southend. However, Zoe Slater is completely unaware of this news. We have seen that she has just begun to rebuild her bond with her son. How will she react if she learns about Sandra’s plans? 

You know this news is just like a ticking time bomb. The reason is that if Jasmine is convicted, then Josh will get the final reason to pack his bags and just vanish. But the truth is even if Jasmine is acquitted it won’t be enough to heal the resentment between the warring families. Kat Moon Faces A Courtroom Dilemma

Meanwhile, Jasmine’s legal team is scrambling. The reason is the threat of a damging statement from Patrick Trueman. Ritchie Scott knows anything could happen. Hence, she is desperately trying to recruit Kat Moon. The lawyer wants Kat to testify in Jasmine’s defence.

However, Kat is hesitant to get involved in such a mess. But she sees Zoe’s fear of losing Josh again. Hence, she eventually forces a change of heart. Later, Kat tracks down Sandra. She wants to uncover the truth about Jasmine’s childhood. With whatever information she unearths, it has the power to flip the entire trial. 

However, Kat very well knows that if she takes a stand, it could destroy her fragile relationship with Zoe. Meanwhile, even Jasmine has to make a choice. It’s on her if she wants to testify herself or take a guilty plea for a shorter sentence. Soon, the verdict is finally read. What will be the aftermath of Jasmine’s case?
