Later, Vinny arrives to support her. However, she hides this secret from herself for now. The situation turns more complicated when the new mum confides in her cousins, Lauren and Oscar Branning. The shocking twist? She admits that she had a one-night stand with Harry Mitchell. Was the baby conceived before New Year’s? If yes, then there’s a chance that Vinny might not be the father.
In fact, Harry Mitchell could be the father, as they were together just before he went into rehab. Now, Penny is reeling. She is unable to understand how to handle the news without upsetting Vinny.
On the other hand, Harry and Nicola have a conversation. That’s when Harry shares that Gina isn’t ready to have kids. He also reveals that he had a one-off with Penny. However, it happened only once.
