Bradley Riches Shares His Views On Trolling!
Bradley Riches, who plays Lewis Barton in the soap, opened up on his character in an interview with OTV news. There were remarks regarding his character which labelled him as the nastiest person in the Dales. Bradley said that such harsh judgment arises from misunderstanding the character. He said that he is not vile. He added that the people don’t understand Lewis and misjudge or prejudice him.
Bradley said that Lewis is autistic and openly gay. He shared that the comments come from people who don’t know someone like that. The soap star said that the more they expose people to such kinds of humans, the more they will understand them. So, that is why he is representing the character. Furthermore, he also opened up about his character’s love life. Bradley said that Lewis doesn’t believe that he needs a partner. He has never had a boyfriend but knows that he is gay.

The star added that Lewis will be open to dating, but it takes him some time to trust others. But it will be exciting. Meanwhile, the character of Lewis Barton is historic as it has introduced the soap’s first neurodivergent character. Soap fans know that he is a long-lost Barton brother who reached out to meet Ross. Elsewhere, Bradley was assigned some other role but eventually ended up playing Lewis.
