So in February, he spiked his brother Noah Dingle and took him to the private clinic. But soon found out that he wasn’t the perfect match. However, Noah’s drugging led to the limo crash. To save him, Charity had to swerve the vehicle. Thus, the limo crash led to the death of Amy, Suzy, and Leyla. Later, Joe stole Caleb’s kidney.
