The soap fans know that John blackmailed Caleb Miligan. He told him to help him move out of the country. If he didn’t help the medic, he would expose the truth about Anthony Fox to everyone. Though Caleb involved Cain in the plan, he had to hit him with a shovel. Thus Ruby’s husband helped the medic escape the country and in return he disclosed to him the location of the place where he buried Anthony Fox’s body.
In the recent episode, Cain confronted Caleb Miligan. Though he tried his best to convince him, he didn’t agree. Caleb told him that he wanted to protect his wife; otherwise, the medic would have exposed the truth. Cain pointed a gun at Caleb. He said that he would be imprisoned if he would vindicate Nate Robinson. Cain lowered the gun and told him that it wasn’t worth it.

Meanwhile, Caleb told everything to Ruby Miligan. He told him that he helped John Sugden. Caleb showed her a piece of paper where John had mentioned the location of Anthony’s body. The soap fans know that Ruby killed her father, Anthony, as he abused her.
She killed him to seek revenge, and John helped to hide the body. Meanwhile, though Caleb was relaxed, Ruby was concerned. Thus, Caleb went to find the body. He started digging in the area and found Anthony’s remains as John had said. After this, Caleb met Dingles at Chas’s and told them what happened with John.
Aaron was furious, but Caleb said that he didn’t have a choice. He said that the medic had scheduled an email to disclose Anthony’s murderer to the police. Then he said that John disclosed the location of Anthony’s body, too. Though everyone was furious, Caleb said that they were safe now. Cain made it clear that he would find John.
Elsewhere, Caleb poured himself a drink, but Jai Sharma arrived. He showed him the CCTV of their offices where he helped John. He blamed him for helping a killer. Caleb asked what he wanted.
