Beth Cordingly, who we lovingly know as Ruby Fox-Miligan, from Emmerdale, is counting the days to see her partner Ian Kelsey – and it’s the sweetest gesture ever. Keep reading to find out more about it all.

The couple has been together for more than three years, and throughout that time, they have been really encouraging of each other.
We have heard Beth Cordingly previously say how Ian was “really supportive” when she landed Ruby’s role in Emmerdale. The best thing about the couple is that they never shy away from showing off their encouragement on social media as well.
Recently, Ian has been in China for his gig, and the couple is in a long-distance relationship. It’s only obvious for Beth to miss her boyfriend. And as expected, she didn’t shy away from showing it off on Instagram. She wrote,

Now mark it on a cuteness scale of 1 to 10. I would give it a freaking 100!
That’s How They Show It Off
Only a few days ago, Beth took to her Instagram and shared her excitement over Ian’s new acting job. “Literally beside myself with excitement over Ian Kelsey’s next job,” she wrote in the caption.
“From Feb 5th, 2025… he’s Nikos in MAMMA MIA THE PARTY AT THE O2. I know. Beyond. WE LOVE IAN KELSEY, AND WE LOVE ABBA. To recap, we’re talking @iankelseyofficial – (gorgeous) ABBA (amaze), a Greek taverna (lusho), AND RED WINE… Perfection. Yes, f*g, please. He will be brilliant. It will be sublime. I’ll see you there.”
And Ian is just as humorous as Beth when it comes to encouraging her girlfriend. When one fan commented on Ruby and Cain’s storyline, he joked, “Tell me about it! I’ve been watching from China – well, not watching because I covered my eyes at that bit.”
