Cain Drops John’s Update!
In Monday’s episode, Moira received a call from the police who informed her that they have arrested Cain in the Dovers. The character was away as he went to search for John in France. The soap fans know that Caleb helped John escape the country after he blackmailed him. So Cain went after him to get his revenge for killing Nate. Moira asked him where he had been and if he had found the medic or not. Cain remained unbothered but then revealed that he didn’t find John.
Once he accepted that he couldn’t find his son’s killer, he went to a pub and started drinking. Then he got to the ferry to return, but ended up making a big deal while drinking. So the police arrested him. Moira reminded him of the responsibilities in the village, and his sons were waiting for his comeback. But Cain was just bothered about his lost son.
After snapping at Moira, he started drinking again. Elsewhere, Sam and Belle arrived at Zak’s grave. They reflected on his life but were shocked to know that Cain hadn’t shown up. At that time, Cain was in the garage with Liam, who tried to connect with him over losing his child to a killer. But Cain said that his circumstances were different. Meena actually went to the prison, but John is on the run.

Meanwhile, when he returned to the Butlers, Kyle showed him the Football trophy. But soon realised that his father wasn’t happy. When he started questioning him, he got furious, causing the trophy to fall and break. Kyle was sad while Cain went outside.
Elsewhere, John is on the run while the soap fans saw a Wanted Picture of John in an episode of Coronation Street. Thus, he can be a part of the crossover episode. Meanwhile, Iain MacLeod, who is ITV’S Executive Producer, said that Corriedale will air in 2026. There will be exciting interactions between the characters from different shows.
