The soap fans know that Celia Daniels arrived in the village this year. Soon they learned that she is the boss of Ray Walters, who is a drug dealer. Thus, they both are leading the drug operation. They have also pushed Bear and other people into modern-day slavery. In Friday’s episode, Bear was sad as he saw his friend Anya die as a result of Ray and Celia’s actions.
They didn’t provide her with medicines, and she died due to a worsening condition. The soap followers might know that Anya arrived in the village through the back of one of Caleb’s trucks. Meanwhile, in the latest episode, Bear learned that Ray would set about organising a funeral for Anya. He had no intention of doing it. Infection, he had thrown her body in the shed. But Bear was angry and berated him.
Moira Is In Trouble Due To Celia’s Scheme!
Elsewhere, Celia visited Butlers to discuss the business with Moira Dingle. She was busy rushing around the kitchen. She also sorted out some items for a charity donation. Then Celia left and found out from Ray that he had told the workers that they would definitely organise a funeral for Anya. Celia was angry, but Ray didn’t tell her that Bear’s anger made him feel scared.
However, later, Celia told him that they could sort out a funeral. He needed to bring Bear and Anya’s bodies to a specific location. He took Bear and the dead body to a piece of Butler’s farmland. The two men dug the grave and placed Anya’s body inside it. They were unaware that the blanket covering Anya’s body belonged to Moira.
Then Bear gave a speech and reflected on Anya’s short life. Meanwhile, Celia was emotionless when Bear sang for Anya. Ray also wondered how Celia allowed the funeral. She didn’t allow any emotional behaviour while burying the body. She said that since Anya’s body was wrapped in a blanket belonging to Moira on her farm, the police might think that Moira is behind the crime.
