Moira Dingle has been feeling sad due to the slurry leak at the Butler’s Farm. Her business is in danger, and she is facing financial burden due to the leak. In the recent episode, Moira received a visit from Noel McHugs, who works at the water company. Noel came to tell Moira about her request related to the fine.
Moira had a hope that after submitting the proof that the leak was an accident, the water company would accept her appeal. Furthermore her nephew Ross Barton told Noel to give a good piece of news. However, the boss of the water company informed them that they had refused her appeal. The panel thought that it was her responsibility to keep the slurry store secure. But several people fell ill and were taken to the hospital, so she has to pay the fine for clean up and legal fees.
Moira Is In Jeopardy!
Though she is given a schedule to pay off her fines in instalments, she doesn’t know how to get rid of the financial burden. Meanwhile, Kim Tate is hoping to buy Butler’s farm, and they want Moira to stay as a tenant farmer. Elsewhere, Claire King, who plays Kim Tate in the soap, shared that Kim has been buying land bit by bit. But she wants to buy Annie’s field from Robert. Furthermore, she wants to buy Moira’s farm.
The actor said that Caleb has always been an obstacle. Though she gave him a piece of land, if he sides with Moira, then Kim will be in trouble.
