The soap fans know that Dawn is in a relationship with Joe Tate. However, she has been ignoring his red flags. Last year, Dawn found out that her lover was responsible for a limo crash which ended up killing three women. She was horrified as she had let her children around such a man. However, Dawn didn’t leave Joe. In fact, they are now engaged. Dawn recently made it clear to Joe that she would like to have a baby with him.
Meanwhile, Joe has been living in a big house, has a family and has been gaining access to farmland. But Dawn isn’t aware of his tactics. Though he has so much power, it is starting to go to his head. The soap fans know that to get the Butler’s farm, he blackmailed Robert into planting a device at Moira’s place. He had Victoria’s footage of killing John. Joe told Robert that if he didn’t do as he said, he would show the footage to the police.
Thus, Robert had to hide the passports and had no idea that they were stolen by a Celia, who is responsible for such horror. He is aware that Moira is in prison because of this. But he had no other option. When he learned about Moira’s plan to plead guilty at the hearing, he felt terrible and went to the Home Farm. Robert asked Joe if they could save Moira. But Joe was unbothered.
Dawn Finally Sees The Real Joe!
In today’s episode, he decided to try to bring Joe down a peg or two. He took help from Ross Barton. However, Ross wasn’t good at that, so he had to do everything himself. Then he tried to get access to Victoria’s video on Joe’s computer. However, Dawn saw him and found the footage.
She confronted Joe and then deleted it from his device. She was disgusted at Joe, who claimed that he kept it for insurance purposes. Everything he did was for his and Dawn’s family. But Dawn didn’t listen. She packed a bag and left the Home Farm. She told Joe that she had been spending the night at Billy Fletcher’s. Joe was shocked.
