In the recent episode, Mackenzie Boyd went to Lewis Barton’s house. He went to find more weed plants to get rid of the financial losses due to the slurry leak at the farm. Mack and Ross made a plan to steal and hide the weed plants in a barn at Butlers. Mackenzie Boyd and Ross would sell them to get rid of the farm bills after the insurance company refused to pay the fine, as it was Mackenzie’s mistake.
When Lewis learned that Mack was inside his house, he locked him and told Ross that he would only let him out if he told the truth about Emma Barton’s death. Earlier, Ross told Lewis Barton that Adam Barton pushed Lewis’s mother from the bridge. However, Lewis was dubious and thought that Ross was telling a lie as Adam can’t murder his mother, Emma Barton.

However, Ross Barton made a mistake. He said she was instead of him, which made Lewis think that Adam wasn’t the killer. He started doubting Moira Dingle. Ross informed Moira about it, so she decided to leave the wedding early. Meanwhile, at Butlers, Moira confessed that she had killed Emma Barton. She told him she provoked her, and that’s what made her lose control. However, Lewis got frustrated and told her mother Emma needed help, which she didn’t get.
Then Lewis told Ross and Moira that he would disclose everything to the police authorities. Ross told Lewis Barton that even if he told the police, they wouldn’t believe him due to the lack of proof.
