Danny Miller joined the ITV soap in 2008 as Aaron Dingle. He became a permanent member of the show in 2023. He has been involved in many dramatic storylines. Aaron and Robert became fan favourites, and fans labelled them as Robron. But Robert Sugden was arrested as he killed Lee Posner who raped Victoria Sugden. Since then, Aaron has cut ties with Robert Sugden.
However, after that, John arrived in the village, and soon Aaron and John were involved in a relationship and even got engaged later on. During their wedding ceremony, Robert Sugden arrived to interrupt the wedding and told Aaron that he was making a mistake.

He killed Nate by giving him a medication, which resulted in side effects, eventually killing him. John got anxious due to the dredging of the lake. Danny Miller appeared on Loose Women. Denise Welch mentioned Danny’s father, Vince Miller, praising his work in the entertainment industry. The actor shared that his father is in a care home in Manchester. He is the reason for his success. Danny said that he had lost his father, and it was hard for him to come with him as he missed him. He added that he missed talking to him on the phone. Danny added that when they visit him at the care, some visits are good while some are bad. He expressed his love for his father.
However, his statement created confusion. So, Danny took to Instagram and wrote that his father is alive. When he said that he lost his father in the interview, what he meant was that he lost him to dementia, but he is still there. He apologised for the confusion and said Vince has a horrible illness.
