Later, Arthur stole his bag. He found cash and drugs in it. When Laurel found out that he had become involved with a drug dealer’s belongings, she slapped him after an argument.
Meanwhile, April saw that Arthur was hiding something. She told him that Ray had extorted money from her parents, Rhona and Marlon, to free him. However, he didn’t stop. He got so distracted that he argued with Gabby at work. Then Arthur quit his job and came back home. He told Laurel that he wanted to move to Australia.
When she thought about how he would fund it, she learned the truth. Arthur told her that he would tell everyone that she slapped him.
