Last year, April had a tough time. She ran from the home and started living on the streets. Then she met Dylan, but he was out of the village soon. However, his reentry led to major trouble for April as she got trapped in Celia and Ray’s drug-dealing business.
They forced the teen into prostitution. They made her believe that she had killed a client, but it wasn’t true. Though they are dead, the problems are still not over.
Besides April, Moira had a tough year, too. She faced the financial crisis due to the slurry leak in her farm. Furthermore, her problems worsened with Cain’s cancer news. The new year isn’t cheering her up, as the police arrested her in a human trafficking case due to Joe and Celia.
Elsewhere, Charity’s anxiousness is also increasing. She decided to be Sarah’s surrogate but is carrying Ross’s baby after a one-night stand. Though Ross learned about it, he decided to keep it a secret. This is because Mack will be heartbroken after knowing the truth.
