Emmerdale character Noah Dingle accepted Joe Tate’s deal and betrayed everyone in the village. Meanwhile, Charity was shocked to learn the truth. She even told him to get out. Keep reading to know what happened and why Noah agreed.
Noah And Joe Had A Deal!
At Lydia Dingle’s birthday celebration, Dawn Fletcher pushed Joe Tate out of the window at the Home Farm. Though Joe had suffered brutal injuries, he has regained consciousness.
He disclosed to Dawn that he remembers the ordeal, giving her a chance to get Joe back in her life. In the recent episode, Noah visited Joe in the hospital to find out what he told the police about his fall. However, Joe pretended that he didn’t remember anything.
Both Joe and Noah were stuck in a stalemate. Noah reminded his brother how he had drugged him, which led to the tragic limo crash and killed three people, including Leyla, Suzy and Amy. Then Joe said that the police think Noah tried to kill him. He added that half of the villagers consider him a bad boy.
He asked what they were going to do about it. Then Joe threatened to tell the police that he remembered Noah pushing him. He added that he wanted to mend things with him, but Noah needed to agree with him.
Jacob And Charity Are Outraged!
Though Noah agreed to it, he told him that it would cost him. Later, at the Woolpack, Jacob Gallagher overheard Noah and Charity’s conversation. Noah told Charity about his decision.
Then Jacob asked him why he agreed. Noah lied that he had misremembered who had drugged him after he gained consciousness. He didn’t listen to him and called Noah gullible for believing that Joe is concerned about him.
Jacob said that his mother won’t get justice because of Noah. He added that he knew Joe would get away with it as he always does. But he never knew that all people would do this. Elsewhere, Charity questioned Nosh about why he was helping Noah despite knowing that he had tried to scheme so many people. However, Noah said that his statement wouldn’t have changed Joe’s fate due to his money, power and lawyers.
Then, Charity was surprised to know that he had taken money from Joe for the deal. She said she hadn’t thought that Noah would ever do this. Instead, she thought Noah was loyal towards their family as he was a Dingle. But then Charity claimed him to be a Tate as he accepted the money. Later, she told him to get out.
