John Sugden has a hero complex where he puts people in danger. Then he later rescues them. John killed Nate Robinson. Then, later, he disposed of his body in the lake and later framed Owen Michelle for it. Elsewhere, John also framed Mackenzie for the slurry leak at Moira’s farm. He put the blame for the incident on him. Mack had been dubious about him for a very long period of time.
Last month, Mack found out that John Sugden killed Nate. Then the medic chased him in the woods and hit him with an arrow in his chest and a boulder on his leg. Since then, he has been holding him captive in an underground bunker. Meanwhile, recently, Aaron found out that John had captured Mack, so he demanded the truth. He grabbed Aaron and jumped off the edge of the gorge. Before this, the medic framed Robert for threatening the couple.
Mack’s Fate Finally Out!
Robert called the ambulance. But the police arrested him as everyone accused him of the crime. Meanwhile, Victoria visited him in prison, and Robert told her to keep Aaron away from the medic. Later John’s husband woke up from a coma and told the truth, but the medic ran away.
In Thursday’s episode, fans found out that Mack is alive. He injected himself with the syringe that John had left. He hallucinated Charity before becoming unconscious. Meanwhile, Charity informed the police about Mack, and they soon found the bunker. She ran to meet Mack, but there was no one inside.
