Soap fans know that John had been holding Mack captive in an underground bunker after he found out that the medic killed Nate Robimson. He attacked him in the woods with an arrow in his chest and threw a boulder on his leg.
Later, he captured him. Meanwhile, John Sugden also tried to control his husband by spiking his drink. But Aaron realised the truth about Mack. When Aaron confronted Mack, he asked him to tell the truth, but Robert came, so he jumped off the gorge with Aaron. Before this, he framed Robert for the incident.
The police arrested him while Aaron was in a coma. Meanwhile, in the latest episode, Aaron woke up from the coma. Moira, Chas, and Charity visited him.
