Ray Walters and Celia Daniels arrived in the village this year. They have created chaos in the village by trapping many people. They have troubled Dylan, April, Marlon, Rhona, Anya and Bear Wolf. The soap fans also know that Ray is Celia’s adopted son.
But his reactions might ruin their strong bond. In Thursday’s episode, Ray was concerned about a slave. He was worried about Bear Wolf’s hand injury. Bear has been struggling with it over the past few days.
Though Bear’s work on the farm was suffering, Celia had no sympathy for him. She accused him of taking advantage of the situation. But Ray thought differently and decided that Bear needed to get checked to reduce the risk of infection. When the slaves were taken away for another hard day, Ray grabbed the opportunity to help Bear without Celia finding it.
Ray Walks On Thin Ice By Defying Celia!
He told him that when he reached the location, he should stay in the van. He would tell others that he needed him for a different job. Then Ray would take Bear to the hospital to get the hand stitched up, and the infection might take place. He also warned Bear not to mention his sustained injury while working. This could put Celia’s business in trouble.
The drug dealer came up with a scheme to act as Bear’s son. Meanwhile, at the hospital, Ray talked to Bear about his ambitions. As Ray had been sharing a bond with Laurel, he had started to see a different path if he managed to escape Celia’s trap.
Ray asked Bear what if his dream had a woman and kids, but their father had passed away. He added that he won’t push it as he isn’t in a rush.
