Recently, Cain Dingle disclosed to his family about his cancer. He was overwhelmed by their love and support. But soon Joe arrived and told him that Moira had sold her share of Butler’s farm to the Tates.
Cain was shocked and went to get answers from Moira during his latest visit to the prison. Cain wondered why Moira had given Tates what they wanted, as she viewed him as weak following the cancer diagnosis.
The soap fans know that in Monday’s episode, he told her the truth about cancer and the farm. She told Cain that she sold the land because focusing on his health was more important than the farm.
Though Moira loved the farm, it was causing them stress, so selling it was the best option. When Moira spoke to Cain, she was relieved, but Cain thought that they had lost the battle to the Tates.

Meanwhile, at Home Farm, a while later, Cain struggled to believe that Kim could understand why Moira had made such a decision. He said that when he is better, he will do everything. Then that evening, Cain organised another meeting and told his family that the Tates own the farm.
Matty was heartbroken and rushed to the pub in tears. He was devastated that he had lost so much over the past year. Meanwhile, despite being told by Kim to keep a distance, Joe couldn’t resist visiting the pub once again.
