In the previous episodes, Ray called April Windsor and asked her to do an immediate delivery. She decided to go but had to leave Leo alone as her parents told her to take care of him. Though she decided to come back earlier, she dropped some pills. Leo consumed them and collapsed.
When Rhona and Marlon came back, they were shocked to see him in such a condition. They called the ambulance. When April arrived, she was also shocked to see Leo in a terrible state. The doctors soon informed the parents that the child had consumed drugs.
Meanwhile, before meeting the police, April met Celia at the hospital. She told her that she was Ray’s boss and slapped her. Celia warned her not to tell the truth. Ray told April what to tell the social services. When the social worker named Gary Barlow came, the teen said that she wanted to speak in the absence of her parents.

April told the social worker that she found the drugs and wanted to show them to her friends. She added that she did so because of the pressure at home. April added that her mother is a vet, while her father is a brilliant chef, and she is not a cop at anything. She continued saying that due to the burden, she is finding it difficult to live.
However, she didn’t know that Rhona overheard the conversation. Later, Rhona told her that she had heard everything. She was angry and told her daughter that she was the problem. April said that she would move out of the house. Rhona agreed, but Marlon was anxious.
