Ruby Follows A Clue And Realises The Truth Isn’t Simple
Ruby has been feeling restless for days. She kept thinking about Anya, the young girl she first met in the back of a van last year. However, she had no clue that Anya was trapped and abused by Ray Walters and Celia Daniels. Ruby only saw a sick and frightened girl. Later, she took her to The Mill.
But Caleb hated the idea. He quickly wanted to get rid of the problem. And so he handed the girl £10,000. However, Anya took it and ran towards Leeds. But Ray caught her and dragged her back to the farm. Later, she died after being refused help. And everything that happened was kept buried until this week.
Bear Wolf was looking for the red ribbon that belonged to Anya’s daughter. However, when Ruby saw him, she panicked. And something shifted inside her. She then reported everything to the police. But they didn’t care much. They had no proofs and so they didn’t want to act. But Ruby still kept searching.
Elsewhere, Ruby and Caleb found a red thread tied to a tree. And the soil around it looked disturbed. And that proof was enough for the police to arrive. They came with tents and cordoned off the land. Later, Moira was questioned about Celia. However, she brushed it off. She pretended she had nothing to hide.
Second Body Shocks Caleb And Ruby In Emmerdale
When officers lifted a body out of the tent, Ruby stood there, frozen. She broke down in Caleb’s arms. She couldn’t even look at the heartbreaking sight. And she thought it would end up there. However, Caleb noticed something else. He saw that another body was being carried out. And the discovery hit harder than anything they imagined.
Besides that, the village is now faced with a big mystery. It turns out Anya was not the only victim. The second corpse has remained a mystery.
