Emmerdale Spoilers recently revealed some exciting news for Belle Dingle. Not too long ago, she was separated from her beloved dog, Piper. All thanks to her abusive husband’s wicked plan. Tom King faked Piper’s death, and gave the pup away to another family. While he let Belle get consumed in the pain of losing her pup. However, on Christmas Day, Belle gets a pleasant surprise.
Thanks to Vinny and Gabby’s selfless efforts, Belle is reunited with Piper! Unfortunately, the near future isn’t all a bed of roses. The latest Emmerdale Spoilers also tease some bad news for our beloved Belle. We know that Tom’s trial is fast approaching. However, the abusive manipulator is trying his best to evade justice. In the December 16, 2024, episode, Tom tried to take his own life in an attempt to manipulate Belle, and delay trial.
Will Tom Evade Justice?
Just as Tom expected, the news affected Belle deeply, and she started second-guessing herself. However, Charity saw right through Tom’s intentions. She encouraged Belle to not fall for Tom’s manipulations and to stand her ground. Later, Charity even visited Tom in the hospital and went at him like a raging bull. She called him out on his manipulative tactics and warned him against using them again on Belle.
Meanwhile, Belle hoped to get some advice from Paddy. The latter tried to tell Belle not to hold herself responsible for Tom’s actions and that she was completely innocent. Things went further off-track for Belle when her solicitor told her that her previous killing of Gemma could get disclosed in court. Belle now fears that this could turn the jury against her.
However, Charity urged Belle to testify once more in order to bring abusive Tom to justice. But will Belle manage to muster enough courage to go to trial and face her own past?
