Danny Miller, who plays Aaron Dingle in the soap, joined the show in 2008. He became a permanent member in 2023. The Emmerdale actor has been a part of many devastating storylines. Soap fans loved Aaron Dingle with Robert Sugden. They loved calling the pair Robron. But when they broke up, he started a new relationship with John Sugden. John has been hiding many secrets and has a hero complex where he puts other people in danger and then acts as a hero later.
But Aaron Dingle started having doubts when Aidan Moore’s truth was out. John told him that Aidan died, but Mack revealed to him that Aidan was in a coma and was John’s fiancée. The soap star, Danny Miller, was a part of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here and also won the show, beating the Coronation Street star, Simon Gregson, to become the King of the Jungle.

Though Danny enjoyed the excitement of winning, he shared that he hated the boredom, even with great people. He said he loved showing people his real personality, not Aaron’s personality. Danny added that it was an amazing feeling to be himself, especially on the show that he has loved for years. It felt like an achievement to him.
He mentioned that the food portions were very tiny. There were no condiments, so it was tough to live there. The star said that he would love to play the character of an underworld gangster, after some of his friends, including Jack McMullen and James Nelson Joyce, appeared in This City Is Ours. He said that being an underworld gangster is his dream. However, he is happy with his current role.
Danny also hinted at the upcoming wedding in the village. He said that it is one of their special episodes as they have started exploring more. The actor shared that it is interesting, as John has nightmares, so it makes the episodes unique. They are trying to make the soap wedding episodes different from the usual soap weddings.
