Emmerdale Spoilers confirm that Will Taylor’s cause of death was a heart attack. The post-mortem reports showed no foul play, yet Dawn Fletcher remained convinced that either Kim or Joe had something to do with her father’s death. Even though everyone tried to convince her to drop it, she remained resolved to prove her point and to take down whoever caused her father’s demise.
In the recent episode, Dawn spiked Kim’s coffee with ketamine and planned to extract the truth from her. Emmerdale Spoilers reveal that as soon as the drug took over her, she started to hallucinate. Kim thought Will was standing in front of her and not Dawn. In a dazed state, Kim admitted that she regretted not having helped him sooner during the heart attack but swore she didn’t do anything wrong.
Dawn continued to quiz her but Kim passed out. Joe Tate arrived there just in time, and Dawn was forced to confess that she drugged Kim. Joe immediately called for help, and gave a statement that Kim had taken some sleeping pills. This move caught Dawn by surprise and she couldn’t understand why Joe was helping her. Later, at the hospital, upon waking up, Kim also protected Dawn, and stated that she took a horse tranquilliser.
Kim Tate then urged Dawn to let this need for vengeance go. She urged Will’s daughter to try and move on from the tragedy along with the family. Later, Dawn admitted to her husband about what she had done. Billy was stunned to hear the update, and asked her if she took the drugs. Despite her difficult past with drugs, Dawn insisted that she did not do any such thing. However, it appeared as though he didn’t believe her.
Dawn felt really heartbroken over Billy’s reaction. Later, Joe tried to comfort her, saying that he understood her pain more than she knew. Dawn admitted that she was only looking for someone to put the blame on. Perhaps in an attempt to feel better. She then leaned in and kissed Joe.
