Dawn told Billy that she wanted to separate from him. Billy knew that things were messed up in their relationship, but he didn’t think that Dawn would go this far. He started doubting that she was having a secret affair. When Mack said that Dawn was having an affair with Ross, he started questioning more. He also checked her phone but realised that she had changed the password. When Joe also hinted that Dawn was sleeping with Ross, Billy got angry.
He confronted Ross. They started fighting, and Clemmie saw Billy accusing Dawn of having an affair with Ross. He soon realised that he was wrong. He also tried explaining the situation to Clemmie, but she remained distant. After leaving the Home Farm, Billy apologised to Ross for wrongly accusing him.
Then he came back so that he could talk to his children, Clemmie and Lucas. Billy took the blame on himself for how his and Dawn’s relationship had been messed up. The parents, Dawn and Billy Fletcher, disclosed their separation to Clemmie and Lucas.
Billy Leaves The Home Farm!
Before leaving the Home Farm, Kim Tate asked Billy where he would be staying. The devastated Billy shared that he didn’t have a place to live, so he would be couchsurfing for some time. Kim felt bad for him, and soap fans know that she knows about Joe and Dawn’s secret relationship, so she offered him a place to live. She told Billy to stay in the Home Farm Holiday cottage till he finds another place.
Overwhelmed with guilt, Billy denied her offer. He shared that he didn’t want to stay at a rent-free place. When Billy was leaving, Dawn tried to explain that she was also responsible for their broken relationship, but couldn’t be honest. She bid a final goodbye, and Billy left, leaving Dawn with tears.
