Besides that, he was also hiding his heartbreak issue – the chronic kidney disease and needed a transplant to treat it. Joe targeted many people in the village, including his brother Noah. He then manipulated Manpreet to get the blood samples of Caleb.
When the samples proved to be a perfect match, he made a plan with Dr. Crowley to steal Caleb’s kidney. He was successful in that, but Caleb finally found out the truth and almost killed Joe. However, when Joe revealed he knew that Caleb and his family were hiding a secret about Anthony’s disappearance, both reached a stalemate.

Meanwhile, last week, Dawn decided to end her relationship with her husband, Billy, so that she could keep the relationship with Joe. When she split with Billy, he was heartbroken and started blaming himself for their separation. They disclosed it to their children, and then Billy left the Home Farm. Billy is unaware of Dawn and Joe’s secret affair.
However, as Joe and Dawn are together, fans speculate that it is only a matter of time before Joe cheats again. Another fan suggested that Manpreet and Joe could start a relationship.
