Five Flashforward Scenes To Air Soon
The makers of Emmerdale have hinted at something big to the viewers with five different flash-forward scenes. It is supposed to be aired on New Year’s Eve, and we may get a glimpse into the future of some major characters. We may see a change of heart for Will Taylor as he feels guilty regarding Kim’s revenge plans. It might be because of Kim’s genuine behavior and love for him that’s adding to his guilt. But will Peter let him back out now?
As for Belle, once she gets justice, we may soon see a happy reunion with her old dog, Piper, whom Tom claimed to have died earlier. However, things do not seem so good for Marlon, Ruby, and Jacob. While Marlon tries to deal with April’s rude behavior after she learns about her mum’s death, past memories still haunt Ruby that are somehow related to her 16th birthday, and Jacob’s first day at the hospital placement turns out to be a nightmare.
Leyla’s Plans Ruin Jacob and Sarah’s First Date
As he asks her for the first date, sparks fly between Jacob and Sarah. But it seems like mum Leyla is standing between them when she makes a sudden lunch plan with Jacob. Unfortunately, Sarah gets stood up, and Jacob can’t think of ways to make it up to her. Later, Jacob tries to convince Sarah to go on a second date and apologizes. Will she be able to understand Jacob’s situation? If everything goes well, this pair may become the next hot couple in the village. Spoilers suggest Leyla will not be too happy about it and is probably intentionally ruining their date.

As Marlon began dealing with her rebellious behavior, her sudden disappearance made him fall apart. Just before the disappearance, Marlon and April had an argument when he unknowingly ended up blaming her for her mother’s death – can this be the reason behind her disappearance?
On Christmas Day, April suddenly goes missing after the argument. She has been kidnapped once before by Jade as she wanted to blackmail Ross for the money. This has created enough trauma as she had to face a near-death experience. But now, there seems to be no real progress on her disappearance – who can be behind this? Is it Jade again? Or has April disappeared out of her own will?
