Though the storyline’s complete focus was on Dawn and Kim’s storyline, we have been seeing Joe struggling with his health consistently. Remember the day when he tried to make things up with Noah? On that day, we saw him consuming pills.
Though we assumed for it to be some kind of addiction—when we saw him clutching his stomach out of pain. However, now, it seems like a major health crisis is on the horizon. This scene has made us and the other fans curious, and there have been speculations that Joe might need an organ.
