Meanwhile, when Dr Todd discovers what has happened to his father, she is angry at Jacob for ignoring the important DNR.

Jacob often doubts himself at work, and when he is faced with a very difficult situation, he makes a big mistake. Dr Todd becomes angry at him in the aftermath. When he snaps at her, she tells him to go home. He is embarrassed and leaves the hospital with teary eyes. He reaches a breaking point, so Kerry thinks that there is more to the story.
