Soap fans know that Joe Tate is desperate to win Kim Tate’s trust after she learned about Dr.Crowley and Joe’s kidney transplant plan. So, he wants Moira’s land to help build Kim Tate’s empire. Meanwhile, Moira’s farm is in trouble after the slurry leak, which led to contaminating the whole village’s water supply. She has to pay the hefty fine due to the leak. She could lose her business altogether.
So, Joe has been trying to take advantage of her to sign the land over to Kim, who has gone to Dubai. Thus, the deal is in Joe’s hands, and this could be a big chance for him to prove himself to Kim.
