The doctors informed him in the hospital that they had found a mass which might be cancerous. The fans’ fears have proven true, as Jeff Hordley, who plays Cain, reflected on his initial reaction to the issue.
He said that he was excited by the challenge of doing something like this because he had never in all his time been given such a plot. Though there was a brain aneurysm a few years ago, they didn’t go deep into it. This is the first real illness he is facing. So it will be a challenge for him. However, this isn’t the only problem he is having.
Moira is framed for heinous crimes like human trafficking. The police are dubious. Things will worsen for Moira as she is charged with double murder. In the upcoming episodes, the police arrest Moira and Cain in front of their children. Meanwhile, Jeff opened up about it, too. He said that it is a shock. It is not something that they saw coming at all.
Life-Altering Horror Rocks Cain!
Though Cain is released, Moira faces another hurdle as the police inform her that Anya’s body is wrapped in Moira’s blanket. This causes Cain to refuse to return home without his wife.
DS Walsh discloses that Moira’s DNA was found in Anya’s blanket. Moira is shocked to be charged with both Celia’s and Anya’s murders. Furthermore, Cain is diagnosed with prostate cancer on the same day.
The soap fans will see Cain’s devastating journey. He is overwhelmed and leaves the consultation. Cain doesn’t confide in Moira. Jeff said that he feels not telling anyone.
