However, recently things have become tough for her. Joe Tate found out the details of Kim Tate’s will. He discovered that Kim Tate wants to give the Home Farm to Lydia Dingle after her death. Joe was angry at first, but then had a scheme later. He was overly nice to Lydia, who saw right through his behaviour. He offered a pay rise to Lydia. Joe planned on making it look like Lydia had been stealing from Kim.
But Joe decided not to go ahead with the plan, and later confronted Kim about Lydia getting Home Farm. She told him that she wanted to give the property to her, as Jamie and others would be annoyed if Joe got it.
