In tonight’s episode, a dangerous leak with the slurry tank at the Butlers’ Farm led to a mess. When the leak contaminated the main water supply of the whole village, Mack was blamed. He was feeling remorseful about it.
Meanwhile, in the upcoming episodes, troubles will arise for Mackenzie Boyd, and he will feel sad. Victoria Sugden’s young son, Harry, drinks the contaminated water and falls ill. He is rushed to the hospital and is on a drip next week, making Victoria more concerned.
Meanwhile, Mack, who is already guilty, finds himself the enemy of everyone in the village. They are all worried about Harry’s health. Elsewhere, problems expand for Moira as she has to pay a hefty bill for the cleanup of the slurry. The financial problems have risen so much that Moira might have to suddenly shut down the Farm business after 16 years.

Meanwhile, John Sugden, who is the real culprit for the leak, also feels guilty. He is remorseful for his nephew, Harry’s, critical condition. He even argues with his fiancée, Aaron Dingle, due to stress. Then Mack has a meltdown in front of John. Surprisingly, the killer John, feels embarrassed.
The villagers keep criticising Mack for his mistakes. He decides to step back from being Aaron’s best man at the wedding. As the wedding is just one week away, Mack doesn’t feel like being a part of the celebration. Aaron is disappointed by Mack’s decision and wants to support him.
