In the upcoming episodes, Liam goes to see Owen as he received a phone call from him that he was sick. However, when he knocks, he doesn’t open the door, so Liam goes. But he gets concerned and comes back. He knocks again, but when he doesn’t open the door, Liam calls the police. They find out that Owen is no more.
Furthermore, the police authorities also found a suicide note. He mentioned that he has killed Nate Robinson. The note also mentions that he had an altercation with him, which ended in violence and death. Then the police inform Nate’s family about it. They are in a state of shock as Tracy and Cain have been accusing each other of murdering Nate. It doesn’t give them closure, but it reminds them of the pain of losing Nate Robinson.

Meanwhile, John Sugden thought that framing an innocent man for Nate’s murder would make Cain feel that his son, Nate Robinson, got justice. John feels anxious as he had taken away Cain’s chance to confront the man he believes took his son. Then John reaches out to the helpline again, hoping to ease his guilt.
